Christmas hat and all, after I came in from trying to clear the slick, heavy, wet, snow, slush from my driveway...Whoooftaaa






This is the big snowfall most of the Midwest and some southern states have been getting over the last couple of days....It started to fall Wednesday night and is still coming down as I'm writing this Christmas day....Suppose to snow all day through the night and finally be done pouring down on us by Saturday! If I can remember back its been a while since we had snow for days in a row and consisting of wet, sloppy, slush....I use to love snow, but that was back when I was young and would get my play on all day every day no matter how cold it was outside. I'm really contemplating moving to another Warmer state, maybe Arizona cuz I love it down there....

Whats your take on the white fluffy stuff?

Quick dish of Shrimp, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Carrots fried before adding the alfredo noodles & my special seasoning....

I like to cook every now and then, not the best but I manage with what I have in front of me....

Madlib Medicine Show No. 1: Before the Verdict

The first of 1 album release every month-12 CD series from Madlib on his Label, Madlib Invazion. Madlib Medicine Show No. 1: Before The Verdict is a 17-track hip-hop album with "the OJ Simpson remixes" featuring Guilty Simpson. It's a prelude to Madlib & Guilty's collab OJ Simpson album. There are two brief guest appearances by MED and J Dilla.

If you didn't know Madlib (a producer from California) did an album with J Dilla (late great producer from Detroit) called "Champion Sound"

Half of the songs are produced by Madlib and feature J Dilla on vocals, and the other half are produced by J Dilla and feature Madlib on vocals. This album was the first of the Madlib duo collaboration albums made during the 2000s.

Here's a dope instrumental "The Official" from the Jaylib production duo off of that Champion Sound....

My most slept on album of '09

In my opinion this KRS-One & Buckshot album "Survival Skills" (released on september 15th 09) is one of the best albums not only in '09 but in the last couple of years.



Didn't even know they made a video for this song, which is one of my favorites off the album...



Runnin' Away is a sick joint...Buck, KRS & Immortal Technique on a Black Milk track. They all killed their verses on this 1...

No music in the whip?...?

Have you ever been somewhere and thought why am I not listening to music?

Well over the last couple days I've had that thought cross my mind. My car battery died because of the fierce Minnesota winta cold and when that happened my Mitsubishi cd player locked up. They do this for theft protection(Supposedly-who steals stock cd players?), but really it is just a hassle for anyone if your battery dies. So I had to call around and tried giving the dealer my car vin # but that didn't work, then I took the dash apart and took out the deck and called a dealership with the cd player serial #...I got 2 codes to type into the radio but now I have to wait 45min-Hour with the key half on so the car deck can Unlock so I can put these codes into it.

Now tell me if you think I'm crazy, but damn all this BS just to get some tunes back in my whip while I cruise...They really need to come up with a better system for cd player theft.
